What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, time zone, and an optional phone number.
• For children: first name, age range, learning level and progress. We do not ask for a child's email, photo or address.
• Class recordings, homework audio and messages, stored privately.
• Payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

How we use it

Only to run classes, share recordings and feedback, send reminders and receipts, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The student (or the parent, for children) and the teacher. Service providers that host the platform, send email and process payments handle data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or delete any recording, by contacting us.

Retention

Recordings are archived after 12 months unless kept for the student's learning. Accounts closed on request are deleted, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
